SpriteForge Asset Pack

Free character references + sprite sheet templates for use with the SpriteForge LoRA.

Complete dataset used for training https://modelscope.ai/datasets/tantk7/Fighting_Spritesheet

Generate consistent 4×4 fighting game sprite sheets by swapping any character into these templates.

HOW TO USE

1. Go to ModelScope Civision (https://modelscope.ai/civision/imageGeneration)

2. Select Checkpoint: Qwen-Image-Edit-2511

3. Add LoRA: tantk7/spriteforgev3

4. Set Image editing > Edit, size 1024×1024

5. Upload a character reference from reference/ as the referenced image

6. Upload a sprite sheet from spritesheet/ as the image to edit

7. Prompt: Replace the character in the sprite sheet with the character from the reference image

8. Generate!

Or use your own character image — any style works (pixel art, 3D, concept art, photo).

WHAT'S INCLUDED

reference/ (42 characters)

Ready-to-use character reference images. Mix of 3D rendered and AI-generated characters in various fighting game styles: pixel art fighters (karate, muay thai, capoeira, boxing, taekwondo, kung fu), 3D anime characters, and various art styles to test generalization.

spritesheet/ (22 templates)

4×4 sprite sheet templates (1024×1024, 16 frames at 256×256 each):

14 Fighting Animations (from training data):

- Idle + Walk, Run + Roll, Left/Right Hook, Hook + Right Hook

- Quad Punch, Knee + Roundhouse Kick, Spinning Kick

- Fall + Get Up, Armada, Hit + Block

- Left/Right Kick, Knees to Uppercut, Punch Elbow Combo

- Northern Soul Spin (360° character rotation)

6 Bonus Animations (unseen — not in training data):

- Hurricane Kick, Breakdance 1990, Brooklyn Uprock

- Macaco Side, Rumba Dancing, Rumba Dancing (front view)

qwen_generated/ (32 examples)

Example outputs from the LoRA to show what to expect:

- seen_animation/ — results using training animation templates

- unseen_animation/ — results using unseen animation templates

NOTES

- All sprite sheets are 1024×1024 (4×4 grid of 256×256 frames)

- Set output resolution to 1024×1024 (Square) on ModelScope

- The model works best with clear, full-body character references in a fighting stance

- Unseen animation templates work but may produce occasional artifacts on extreme poses
